Today, we are pleased to announce a breakthrough moment in the history of FC Revera 1908, as the management team has decided to introduce the position of Director for Strategic Sports Development into the organisational structure. The person in this position will play a crucial role, heading up the most important area of FC Revera 1908 and be in charge for the conceptual, strategic, long-term and sustainable development of the sports area (Sports Department, all Specialists, teams and players).<\/p>\n
The scope of responsibilities in the position of Director for Strategic Sports Development is based on the elaboration, implementation and managing of the \u201cSports Development Model of FC Revera 1908.\u201d The key responsibilities:

\n\u2713 football intellectual foundation, knowledge and concepts
\n\u2713 areas of sports development
\n\u2713 complex football concept with all football models
\n\u2713 organisational structure of the Sports Department, characteristics of units, position profiles, operational processes and documentation
\n\u2713 management of the Sports Department and Specialists
\n\u2713 education, work assessment, contract management and recruitment of Specialists
\n\u2713 management, as well as development of teams and players across the entire Club
\n\u2713 squad planning of all teams in the Club, player contract management and player transfers
\n\u2713 sports technologies, innovations and projects
\n\u2713 directions of sports communication
\n\u2713 cooperation in the sports context with other departments of the Club<\/p>\n
The management staff at FC Revera 1908 conducted a careful analysis of the European market, looking for individuals who fit the comprehensive position profile specified above. Following a scouting process for this role, a suitable candidate has been selected.
