Marcin Gabor has twenty years of extensive experience in professional European football. He grounds his activities in deep football convictions and defining of knowledge, which he has translated into his own “Football Identity”. The club experience of Marcin Gabor includes, among others, employment at Cracovia, GKS Katowice and Miedź Legnica. He held the positions of Sports Director, Head of Football Concept & Development, Coach and Head of Analysis at his previous clubs.In each of the clubs, he implemented his own concepts, enabling the comprehensive development of the Sports Department, teams and players. Gabor’s concepts contributed to Cracovia’s promotion to the Polish Ekstraklasa and various youth teams in the aforementioned clubs to the highest league, as well as to the nomination of many players to their national teams and to player transfers, generating several million euros. Marcin Gabor has worked with players from 17 countries around the world.

Marcin Gabor is also a man who influences the development of football specialists. He has been a lecturer at UEFA coaching courses and has also taught classes for Sports Directors and Analysts. Gabor has shared his knowledge at numerous conferences in five European countries. In addition, he has cooperated with the Football Associations from Germany and Austria, as well as lectured at the International Football Institute, Cologne Business School and Warsaw School of Economics. Gabor is the author of original courses for Sports Directors, Coaches and Analysts. He also created two conference series: Football Club Management Conference and Football Team Coaching Conference. As part of these activities, Gabor has educated several Sports Directors and Coaches who currently work for European clubs.

Marcin Gabor is the author of numerous publications on the conceptual development of clubs, sports area, teams and players, as well as the role of the Sports Director, football concept and Game Model. His article has also been included in an expert book on sports development in football clubs entitled “How hard can it be?”

In 2021, he founded the Football Development Institute, an organisation dedicated to club development, football education, analysis and research. FDI works with nearly 30 European clubs, and its key partnership is with our club. For many months, Marcin Gabor has been the leader of the FC Revera transformation project.

Marcin Gabor’s appointment marks a strategic move in FC Revera 1908’s long-term vision. We wish him success in this new chapter.
