As part of the innovative educational project Revera Education, the course “Soft Skills for Footballers” has officially begun.

The first session has already taken place, marking the start of an exciting journey for Revera 1908 Academy players as they begin to develop essential life and career skills — both on and off the pitch.

What Are Our Academy Players Learning?
From the very first lesson, participants dove into topics such as:

Verbal and non-verbal communication

Effective self-presentation

Understanding personal image and its influence on public perception

We moved quickly from theory to practice: through interactive tasks and exercises, players applied what they learned in real-life scenarios — whether communicating with coaches, teammates, or the media.

Communication, self-presentation, and awareness of one’s public image are not just skills — they are the foundation for building the personal brand of a modern footballer.
