Marcin Gabor — founder and CEO of the Football Development Institute (FDI) — recently visited FC Rewera 1908. This visit marked a significant milestone in the club’s strategic development and another step forward in strengthening our long-term collaboration with FDI.

Over the course of three intensive days, we focused on key aspects of the club’s operations:

Day 1 – Project Management
Marcin Gabor conducted a mini-course on the effective use of the FlowLu platform — a modern tool aimed at optimizing the club’s internal processes.

Day 2 – Strategic Development
FDI presented the Strategic Development Map for FC Rewera 1908. This document outlines the club’s long-term objectives and highlights the interconnection between all its structural departments.

Day 3 – Football Strategy
Together with the coaching staff and club management, we discussed core principles of football development based on Marcin Gabor’s extensive experience in the field.

Beyond the professional agenda, we also gave Marcin a tour of the club’s infrastructure and introduced him more deeply to our project. As a symbol of respect and unity, FC Rewera 1908 presented Marcin Gabor with a vyshyvanka — a traditional Ukrainian embroidered shirt, rich with cultural and symbolic meaning.
